Teresa the Teacher: One woman recently contacted us to tell us her story. You see, she is a school teacher and a single mom living on a very tight budget. Until she found Second Glance Fashions, she shopped at Wal-mart, Target and JC Penney. One day Teresa purchased 5 name brand high end designer garments from us spending around $300; that is what 1 garment would have cost her at a major department store! When Teresa received he product from us, she was so excited! On Monday that week she wore her new Jones New York suit, Tuesday - a Tahari suit, Wednesday - an Anne Klein dress. The other teachers at the staff lounge were in disbelief with her wardrobe makeover and asked her if she took on a second job to afford the designers that she was wearing! When she told them that she spent only around $60 a piece, she was the buzz with the faculty.
We sell women's designer fashions found in high end department stores for up to 70% off. Many of these items are currently on the sales floor at these stores and are selling for full retail prices up to $500! Most of our garments will have the original retail price tag as well as any mark down pricing from the department store.
When you purchase from Second Glance Fashions, you are getting new brand name designer fashions for pennies on the dollar. We never sell seconds nor do we sell defects. Every once in a while though, some garments may have signs of handling as a customer from the department store that we purchased them from might have tried it on in the dressing room for proper fitment; possibly a spot of makeup or lipstick or a dirty hemline from someone too short for a dress tried it on and the hem dragged on the carpet at the store; you know, you've tried on clothing before! Just wash it or dry clean it as the label instructs.
